Serving the Norman Community
Rose Rock Veterinary Hospital and Pet Resort is committed to its clients and to the Norman, Oklahoma community. As a community service project, we take in animals from the Norman Animal Shelter to adopt out. Our hope is that by doing so, we can save the lives of some animals that otherwise may not have had many opportunities.
Our staff chooses animals that may not be easily adoptable at the animal shelter. We then get them ready for adoption by making sure they are current on all vaccinations and are parasite free. The staff spends their personal time socializing, training and interacting with these animals—including introducing them to people and other animals.
All proceeds of our Rose Rock t-shirts and sweatshirts, as well as our Bone Appetit cookbooks go towards our homeless animal fund. If you would like to support our efforts in this area, or have a question about this program, please speak to a staff member.
