Crystal West, Practice Manager

Crystal was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma. After graduating from Norman High School, she received an Associate's degree from Oklahoma City Community College. She continued her education at University of Central Oklahoma, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.

Crystal joined the Rose Rock family in April 1997 and has been a part of the management team since 2000. She has been married to her husband Danny since 2002 and they have two sons together, Holden and Wyatt. Their furry children include two cats named Kind and Saben and a rabbit named Pinkers. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys spending quality time with her family and scrapbooking all of their precious memories together. Crystal is a member of Veterinary Hospital Managers Association.

Breawna Fritzler, Office Manager

Born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma, Breawna graduated from Noble Public Schools in 2008 and has worked at Rose Rock Veterinary Hospital and Pet Resort since 2006 as both a receptionist and a veterinary assistant. As a child, Breawna had wanted to follow in her mother's footsteps and become a veterinarian, but she found after her freshman year at Oklahoma State University that she had a growing interest in business management and marketing. Still enrolled in college, she now is a management team member at Rose Rock Veterinary Hospital and Pet Resort, hoping to discover what career path she wants to take.

In her free time, Breawna enjoys spending time with her boyfriend as well as with family and friends. She likes to scrapbook and is very involved in breeding and showing quality Chihuahuas and Weimaraners. Although she loves all of her pets, her babies are her Chihuahua, Dani, and her Weimaraner, Erin.

Connie Woodward, Accounts Manager

Connie was born in Chandler, Oklahoma, and was raised in Del City, Oklahoma. She received an Associate's degree from Oscar Rose Junior College and a Bachelor's in Special Education from Central State University. She taught for 26 years as a learning disabilities teacher in the Midwest City-Del City School District and began working with Autistic children at Moore Public Schools in 2007. Connie joined Rose Rock part time in 1996.

Connie and her husband, Woody, have a son named Chad, who is a pre-med major at the University of Central Oklahoma, and a daughter, Whitney, who is in high school and is involved in the Future Farmers of America. The family shares their home with two Bulldogs named Spudz and Matie, a Yorkshire Terrier named Holley and a pinto horse named Lacey. When she is not at school or helping care for animals at Rose Rock Veterinary Hospital, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her mother and four sisters, and visiting South Padre - or anywhere she can enjoy the ocean.
